Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carson City, an IHG Hotel

Employees went above and beyond the night we arrived the key card system was down and employee would race up to your room and have it ready for you so it was like having a personal doorman to your room. They got the key card system fixed by morning. I believe if it wasn’t for that a lot of us would have left as I saw a few did, when I arrived. They were able to accommodate my family by putting they close to our room even though they came a day later.

This Staybridge Suites, like other Staybridge Suites we have stayed in, provided a very comfortable experience. Rooms and grounds are nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly. There was a problem with noise from the room on the floor above us and they had another comparable suite available for us on a different floor. The location near Highway 26 was quiet and close to a couple good restaurants. I also greatly appreciate the reasonable pet fee.

Convenient to hospital and Dr's. Clean. Friendly. Easy to find.

The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed our interactions.
